Hair Policies

Deposit:

In order to book an appointment that is $100.00 or more, a deposit of $50.00 is required. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the total paid upon completion of the final appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a strict and enforced 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and other clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you specifically, a cancellation fee will apply. 

With less than 24-hour notice, this will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 

Appointments made within the 24-hour period and then need to cancel must cancel their appointment within 4 hours, or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 

No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Late Arrivals:

We ask that clients call the salon and notify the front desk if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment. If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot may be reopened and available for other clients wishing to book.

Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.


Microblading Policies

Deposit:

In order to book an appointment, a $100.00 deposit is required.
This deposit is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the total paid upon completion of the final appointment.

When sending a booking request with Jade, please include your full name and phone number. When a date and time is agreed upon, you will be asked for your deposit to secure your time slot. You will then be sent over paperwork directly that must be completed before arrival.

There is a strict and enforced 72-hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and other clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you specifically, a cancellation fee will apply. 

With less than 72-hour notice, this will result in a cancellation fee of $50.00.
